Roman Odeon of Patras

One of the most brilliant sites of Patras is the Roman Odeon. It is located at the Upper City and was erected in 161 AD. The Odeon suffered various damages during the centuries. However, it was restored and today it functions as a theatre being the seat of the International Festival of Patras and hosting dozens of performances every summer.
