International Trade Fair of Thessaloniki

The most important event in Thessaloniki is the International Trade Fair, which takes place every September and is one of the largest not only in Greece but also all over Europe. It was established in 1926 and since then it is closely related with the economic, commercial, cultural and political life of the country.

It includes a presentation of important technological achievements and new products in various fields of science and production, while at the same time they organize interesting cultural events.

Its facilities are located in the centre of the city and are an attraction for visitors throughout the year, since they continuously host other events and exhibitions.
